execute : ntdsutil
roles
connections
connect to server “RUNNING DC”
q ( quit connections )
transfer infrastructure master
transfer domain naming master
transfer PDC
transfer RID master
transfer schema master

choose from the options in red for which role you want to transfer.

Note : ON 2008 R2 the command for transfering the naming master is transfer naming master
