to stop participating on browser elections you need to edit the registry, using regedit.exe

Only know the key for NT (but should be similar wor w9x):

   HKLM\System\CurrentControlset\Services\Browsers\Parameters

  IsDomainMaster false

Microsoft, Windows Server 2003, R2 Standard x64 Edition, Alerts with external software

In Perfmon/Performance Logs and Alerts/Alerts i created LogicalDisk\%Free Space alert with settings :
 
GENERAL :
– Alert when the value is: Under Limit : 1000
– Interwal : 1 hours
– Run Us : administrator_account
